Terms of Service - Milan Metro Status

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Milan Metro Status service ("Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, including through Anthropic Connector or any MCP-compatible client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Integrate the Service into your own AI workflows or applications for non-commercial purposes.
Build tools that display or relay metro status information, provided proper attribution is given.

You may not use the Service to:

Scrape, bulk-query, or stress-test the Service in a way that degrades availability for others.
Misrepresent the source or accuracy of data provided by the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

4. Data Accuracy & No Warranty

Metro status data is sourced from ATM Milano's public feed and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
The fitness of the data for any particular purpose.

Important: Always verify critical travel information directly with ATM Milano or official sources before making travel decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to missed trains, travel delays, or decisions made based on inaccurate data. The Service is provided free of charge; your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
